UNBELONGING

In this body of work, I explored how spaces can feel distant or alienating. Using cold & muted tones, I focused on environments that suggest isolation & emotional distance. I incorporated traditional miniature patterns, but intentionally interrupted them, reflecting moments of disconnection, where familiarity begins to fall apart. Through the contrast between careful detail & fracture, the work looks at how our sense of belonging to a place can weaken, leaving spaces that feel unresolved & in-between.
